Clément, our chef since the inauguration of the premises in 2011, puts the small dishes into the big ones to concoct inventive and delicious recipes.

The breakfast- breakfast, included in the price of the room, is served between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. Our complete and refined buffet has been acclaimed by our customers since our beginnings. Local and natural, our products from organic farms will awaken your senses from the start of the day!

The restaurant then provides continuous service, from noon to 11 p.m., from lunch to dinner. Each day brings its share of surprises, because the development of menus also depends on market arrivals. Thus, in addition to the classic menu, where typical Beninese dishes and international cuisine take pride of place, you can let yourself be tempted by the menu of the day.

And for good reason, we pay particular attention to the quality of the food we serve. We make sure to offer you fresh and organic products, without any pesticides. This is why we encourage ecological agriculture with local producers.

Our goal is to surprise you with excellent homemade dishes, created using seasonal foods grown in and around Cotonou.

Indeed, since July 2016, we have been working closely with local growers which guarantee the quality of our food. Le Potager de Damien, le Savoir Vert, Papille and Co, among others, regularly supply us with market garden produce and delicatessen. Coming from short circuits and sustainable agriculture, these regional delicacies come to compose your plates after being skilfully simmered by our chef.

Thus, by choosing ecological agriculture, we respect our environment and protect the biodiversity.
