The restaurant then provides continuous service, from noon to 11 p.m., from lunch to dinner. Each day brings its share of surprises, because the development of menus also depends on market arrivals. And for good reason, we pay particular attention to the quality of the food we serve. We make sure to offer you fresh and organic products, without any pesticides. This is why we encourage ecological agriculture with local producers.
Our goal is to surprise you with excellent homemade dishes, created using seasonal foods grown in and around Cotonou.
Indeed, since July 2016, we have been working closely with local growers which guarantee the quality of our food. Le Potager de Damien, le Savoir Vert, Papille and Co, among others, regularly supply us with market garden produce and delicatessen. Coming from short circuits and sustainable agriculture, these regional delicacies come to compose your plates after being skilfully simmered by our chef.
