The choice of works presented is the result of meetings, exchanges between the artists and us, between their work and the hotel Maison Rouge Cotonou.
Each year, we organize about ten exhibitions and sales of art or crafts. These events allow creators to meet a varied public in Cotonou: hotel customers, expatriates from Cotonou and school groups. In addition, the care given to the scenography fully contributes to the enhancement of this still too little-known work.
The Maison Rouge Cotonou hotel, without replacing an art gallery or a cultural place, stands out today for its actions in the artistic field. In fact, today, art is firmly part of the DNA of our House!

We started by exhibiting creators from Benin. Then we opened our doors to artists from the sub-region, and to others with privileged relations with Africa. We present monographic or thematic exhibitions.
To date, we also organize performances on the occasion of certain openings. Theatrical games and readings take over our spaces from time to time. And in the future, we would like to give even more space to the performing arts!
